Commitment of LPN (Liga para a Protecção da Natureza) to the Data Protection and Privacy of the project 'LIFE PowerLines4birds - Reducing the impact of power lines to improve the conservation of endangered birds in the Iberian Peninsula'
The Liga para a Protecção da Natureza (LPN) is the coordinating entity of the project "LIFE PowerLines4birds - Reducing the impact of power lines to improve the conservation of endangered birds in the Iberian Peninsula", funded by the LIFE Programme of the European Union (EU).
As the project coordinator, LPN is responsible for managing its website.
LPN carries out all its activities in compliance with the legislation applicable to data protection, privacy and security.
The processing of personal data has been designed to be in line with the European Union Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive (95/46/EC: https://protecao-dados.pt/o-regulamento/).

This Privacy Policy covers this website. LPN respects the user's privacy and processes its personal data in accordance with the laws in force. The data will not be processed for any purposes other than those specified herein.

10. Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority
Under the GDPR terms, data subjects are informed that they have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which, in this case, is the National Data Protection Commission.
